The deep structure for the tournament sees a 300k starting stack and 21 hands a level. Each player plays four matches and the top four automatically qualify for the final where one point is equivalent to 10k in chips at the six-handed final table. The players in fifth and eighth spots in the league face each other in heads-up knockout to take a seat at the final table, as do those finishing in sixth and seventh.

The first heat of the PartyPoker.com Premier League IV Main Event features Ian Frazer, JC Tran, Daniel Negreanu, Luke Schwartz, Yevgeniy Timoshenko, Roland de Wolfe, Phil Laak and Vanessa Rousso. Last year’s winner Tran goes in as 4/1 favourite with https://www.partybets.com/ to take down the tournament as a whole.
